COLLARED LIZARD HOUSE

I thought I'd pop up some pictures of the vivarium design I just finished making a couple months ago. I have a couple collared lizards and wanted to do something to make their cage look a little cooler than the typical sand with logs and a couple hides that I had already set up. I found some other people doing weird things like tanks set up to look like ice caves, etc, etc. So I decided to make a jungle scene (yes, I know they're not jungle lizards... its part of the humor :P) using polystyrene and then coating it with sand and grout. It took a LONG time.. ... WAYYY longer than I had ever intended. But I eventually finished it up and am happy with the results. My collared lizards seem to really like it. I even have a tunnel through the pyramid that is removable to clean. Everything comes apart to be cleaned. Here are some pix.
